Meet Our Valerie

Since 2018 Valerie has been devoted her life's work to leading yoga, mindfulness, and wellness, offering guidance and community support on your journey to well-being.

Valerie's Story

I grew up on a dairy farm in western Wisconsin, where hard work wasn’t optional — it was a way of life. That farm-girl grit gave me resilience, but it also left me with the belief that the only way to succeed was to push harder, do more, and never stop. By my twenties, I was running myself into the ground — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I was caught in cycles of binge eating, sugar cravings, burnout, and self-criticism. On the outside, I looked like I had it together — great income, nice house and care, showing up for work everyday on the farm. But on the inside, I felt drained, inflamed, and stuck. I dreaded waking up groggy, ashamed after overeating, and not feeling like myself even though I was doing “all the right things.”


The turning point came when I realized that no amount of supplements, green juices, or long workouts could fix the root of what was going on. I sought out coaches and mentors who showed me the science of nutrition — healing gut imbalances, balancing hormones, and fueling my body properly — alongside the spiritual work of self-acceptance, emotional release, and reconnecting to God’s design for my health and life.

I began practicing yoga with a new mindset, became certified as a holistic nutrition coach, trained as a Reiki Master, and started facilitating cacao ceremonies, meditations, and energy healing. I discovered that true transformation isn’t just about the body — it’s about mind, body, and soul realignment.

Today, I run Everything Holistic, where I’ve supported hundreds if not now in 2025 thousands of women in breaking free from cycles of emotional eating, stress, burnout, and disconnection. Through programs like Limitless, my Women’s Soul Nourishment

community, and private Reiki and coaching sessions, I help women heal from the inside out.

My life isn’t about striving anymore — it’s about alignment. I’ve built a business that allows me to be present with my husband, my son Malakai, and the baby we’re about to welcome, while serving women who are ready to release what’s heavy and step into the freedom of feeling grounded, energized, and whole.
